Power supply constantly clicking and rebooting.

I ordered an EVGA 500w psu,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438016

that one, to be precise. It worked fine for the first 2 days I had it, and now it won't boot my pc, it will turn all the lights and fans on, and will make a constant ticking-like noise, while all the lights and my mouse flashes, indicating it's rebooting continuously with no display on my monitor. I tried unplugging some fans and my HD7850 video card to see if that would help, but the problem continued with the rebooting over and over, but the ticking noise is gone. Would anybody know if there's a way I could fix this problem, or is my best bet just trying to return it to Newegg for a replacement psu?

Also, when I woke up, the case felt a bit cold, although it's near a window. Is there a chance that the power supply could have gotten too cold and had moisture from the air, if so, do you think it just needs time to dry out or something?
