I would like to know what is better for me to do but spend the same money. My budget is around 400$ I mainly play League of Legends. Here is the new pc: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XZmYRB (still not decided about the case) and here is the upgrade: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VQvP8d (still not decided about the case)

More about : building upgrading gaming

The upgrade will be the faster gamer by far, if that is your main interest. But 4GB of system memory is pretty limiting.

The "new one" doesn't have a motherboard though, you can't use the same motherboard from the upgrade. And the new build needs RAM as well.

A case won't make difference in performance really.

League would actually run better on the "new build", but I'd suggest you go with a 4th gen intel CPU instead. You can get a 4590 for less than a 3570 and the 4590 is better.

yes. Make sure you get a motherboard with an h81, h85/95 or x87/97 to fit the cpu.

Your MB has a LGA 1155 socket. The Haswell CPU you mention above requires a LGA 1150 socket.
