Is this okay for a GTX 670 ?

So I have the Zotac 670 the 4gb version. Stock clocks were 928, and 1110 on boost.

Yesterday i went ahed and did an overclock, i didn't do a complicated one. I did a +140 clock offset and +400 on memory offset. 132% power target (still don't understand). And +37mv on voltage. here's a picture from EVGA Precision:

The card is under water with a universal block + the stock reference aluminum cooler and fan to cool vrms and vrams.
Is it alright ? am I doing something wrong ? And it was stable for me if you were wondering.

Looks good, might stress it a little with FurMark or something and see how it does, Unigine has the Valley and Heaven BMs you could run or there's the 3DMark BMs
