Hello community of tomshardware

I have some problems, and pulling my hairs here.

So basically I had this GPU and it was okay... except for the fan bearing. It started going bad so I had my GPU replaced.

So the old GPU ran a bit hot, but had no coil whine, problems or anything, except the bearing.

I got a new GPU (I'm starting to believe it wasn't even new) which had lower temps, but had coil whine. What's even more funny the coil whine was most persitent during idling.

Anyways I started getting problems now. I first played a intensive game, which made my LCD go to black and I had to restart. Upon hitting reboot button, the PC played a weird noise. I think it was a bit longer beep, followed by 3 beeps.

Then the same stuff happened while playing Minecraft where temps are 45C or 55C if I'm using shaders ingame. This time the screen turned off, turned back on and had a black screen with barely visible vertical lines. The sound from the game could still be heard. I rebooted few times then and the screen went black everytime I ran FurMark. Then it went to normal and I could stress the GPU with Furmark normally.
Then I used that Driver Uninstall tool to remove them, and reinstalled the drivers barebone without installing any other options the installer offered me. I thought I fixed it.

But no. I was playing Minecraft again, GPU temp at 45C when the screen went dark, turned back on to display a black screen with a yellowish tint over it. Also the sound froze and went into a loop.

I really don't know what to do. Keep in my mind the GPUs max temp is around 65C, so It isn't overheating.

My config:
i3 4150
R9 270 OC 2GB Gigabyte Windforce
2x4GB Kingston Hyper X 1600
GA-H81M-S1
CoolerMaster 650M

The PSU should really be more than enough for this rig so I don't think that's the issue.

I could try taking the GPU out of the slot and putting it back in, or I could try reinstalling my OS.

Update:

Found out the beep code signals a problem with the GPU.

New issue:
PC shut down randomly and didn't respond to me pressing the power button. Went AFK for a few mins to get some tools. When I came back it powered on after I pressed the button.

PC shut down again today. Didn't want to power up. I took the GPU out quick and it powered on. (Keep in mind PC was on for only like 2 hours. It shut down while I was playing Minecraft. I wanted to activate shaders, and it turned off the moment I activated them)

Sooo... Can the GPU cause this, anyone know? Cause the PSU is worrying me, maybe it's overheating... Then again both of the shutdowns happened during times of low load and temps. Last night I played some Batlefield 3 and other games and everything was okay when the system was under stress.

Also I did run my PC for a few hours only on hd 4400 gpu and there were no problems with the PC.

I'll see if it turns off again. Then I will get the 450gts out of my old PC and test it.

Any suggestions?
