My computer keeps frezing after 30 minutes.

I recently build my computer about a week ago. The computer randomly freezes start to happening untill today.The computer boots up fine and then it freezes. Also when I start up the computer the cpu usage is pretty high I checked my temps but nothing was runing hot. Do i have a virus?

Update your BIOS to the most recent version available from the OEM of your motherboard. Afterwards, check device manager in control panel to see if any devices are remarked.

check the heating temperature. Your computer might be over heating for some reason.... Like darkbreeeze suggested. Make sure all your drivers and firmware are up to date.
