I know that this notebook I have that is like a netbook is lower end but just wondering what kind of games can this play? Like any low demanding games like WoW, The Sims 3, Guild Wars 2, etc?

I had this netbook for 5 months and I have a HP 10-e010nr.

Specs:

AMD A4-1200 APU (1 GHz, 1 MB cache, 2 cores)

On-board 2 GB 1066 MHz DDR3L

320GB 5400RPM hard drive with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection

AMD Radeon™ HD 8180 graphics with up to 896MB total graphics memory

Windows 8.1 64bit

10.1" diagonal HD11 LED-backlit touch screen (1366 x 768)

I was wondering if you could list games that would run on this notebook.

Well can I play games like WoW, The Sims 3, RuneScape, Guild Wars 2, StarCraft 2? Those are low demanding games I think? Or what kind of games am I able to play?

WoW, Sims 3 and runescape will run, never heard of guild wars , and I don't think that SC2 will run

You could play games from around 2009 and 2011 (or lower of course)

I can bet runescape could run on it, but not WoW.

Well the problem is if I ran 2005 games then I need Windows XP right? I have Windows 8.1 and I don't know if older games will run well on Win 8 or 8.1. Also I thought WoW was a low demanding game since I heard people play this game on lower end systems when I read some forums but maybe WoW is for mid class systems that have like Intel i3 or maybe like AMD A6 series or more.

I heard also people say that running older games on newer OS doesn't work or play well but is that true? Also what games are from 2009 or so I think Crysis was made around 2007 and Doom 3 and Quake 4 was made around 2005 but I don't know if those will run on Windows 8.1.

But if you guys can list games that will run that would be nice. But I' am right that the games I listed were undemanding games?

2005 games will be fine.
You might have issues with games from 95-2000 though.

I think these games may be a bit too much except runescape which is a browser game. Windows 8.1 may make it difficult to run these games as it needs a lot of ram just to run it.

I played WoW TBC on a 512 MB RAM/64 MB VRAM w/o any problems, I'm sure there's a way to fix compatibility issues.
