I finished my pc build and I'm not trying to install windows onto my pc.
I put the windows cd in that my friend gave me. It goes to the black screen saying "windows is loading files" then it goes to the page after that saying "starting windows" with the windows logo that's just glowing but after that nothing happens.
It's stuck there for hours but the logo keeps moving. I don't know what's wrong here.
Please any help!
