whats the best laptop i can get for gaming and graphic design?

Well, good PC companies like Digital Storm, Origin, Maingear, ETC Are great but expensive.
Forgetting about a good company, lets talk CyberpowerPC. They are a hit or miss nowadays.
THe cheapest gaming computer company, almost cheaper than DIY. But their quality is just bad.
But still, Fangbook EVO HX7 100 is the best bang for the buck by CyberPower.
You said you wanted the best laptop for 1300-1500. You DIDNT say the best company. So If you wanna add 200 bucks and go with a trustworthy company, it will probably be worth it.

Look at Sager, the price difference isn't that big, and Sager's quality build is as high as Digital Storm, Asus, Origin, Lenovo, MSI, HP, Acer, Alienware (dell), apple, razer, etc. Just as good as it gets. They aren't beautiful but they don't look like a toy either (Alienware looks more like a toy, if you hadn't noticed earlier, I wouldn't buy one for someone older than 14). Maybe there's one model you like
