BUT I AM GOGGLEEYED by all the different specs one thing i think i know is gddr5's better than 3
i built a pc with my old parts and gave it my brother along with my Gtx650-2048mbram
the most im willing to spend 200GBP
i have seen ones with 256bit that seem to have lower core clock and boost lower than some cards with only 128bit and i know nothing of what any of this means
so could any1suggest a good card better than my old 2gbGTX650 i also don't want a noisy card THANKS IN ADVANCE IF YOU CAN HELP

I'd look into an Nvidia GTX 770. Which maker you choose (Gigabyte, EVGA, Inno3D, MSI) will depend on your overclocking desires.

An R9 290X Vapor-X will definitely perform better than a GTX 780 for a lower price. You got that far, so why the hell not? You're about to get the best single GPU AMD offers.

now i just gotta look at whether its
xfx or radeon or gigabyte or so many companys and such price difference between gigabytes and the others
saphire and radeon r9 290s are about £270 and
asus r9290s are about 320 and gigabytes are around £400
and thats just looking in one shop i kno scan do even more brands
is there justification in the price difference
i will have to compare them if i can and see what people say

As far as I know, Sapphire has the best cooling/OC'ing, but ASUS is also grear so go right for it.

im also looking online to see which is the quietest
and have almost been put off by people saying the amds are noisy
so im swinging back to the 780s
may also ask in the shop if they know
thanks for your answers and patience

Honestly, I pick peformance over anything myself, so as long as I don't hear it while sitting on my PC, I'm fine. I have a Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X and I'm pretty sure I don't hear it unless I'm up close to my PC case which is normal. Anyhow, if you'd like to go with less noise over performance, 780 is alao a great card and shouldn't disappoint you.

If you have any questions, let me know.

now i see theres a 6gb 780 think its called strix and i hear the new cards 980s maybe coming out this month
but i think they may be too expensive so im gonna compare that 6gb with the classified
i was going to get the 290x but got put off by people/reviews saying its noisier
i want to get it by the 23rd so i can use it with the dlc watchdogs releases then
