I have been using this site [ Narutobase.net] for months now. But about 2 hours ago I started experiencing problems. I can't acess the site anymore using my wifi in the house. It doesn't load, yet every other site works perfectly. The site isn't down, and using the 4G on my phone I can access the website.

This problem isn't limited to just my laptop and phone it happens with every device connected to my wifi. I have restarted the router multiple times already as well as cleared my cache and my DNS cache. Please someone help.

Since you have the issue from all your device in your house and it works to most other sites then it is most likely something in the ISP network. You likely have many sites you can not get to you just do not happen to use those.

I would give it some time and hope the ISP resolves it. This is fairly common and people think the site is down unless they have a different internet connection to test with like you do on your phone. What happens is sometime the connections between ISP fail which means you can not get to sites that are serviced by particular ISP. So what could have happened is your ISP has lost a connection that leads to the servers ISP but your phone company ISP still has a connection to that ISP. You can use...

You can use traceroute and see if there is anything interesting but you can't really fix anything outside your house.

It could also be that the ISP dns server has lost the record so you could try using 8.8.8.8 for your DNS.

After this you start looking for crazy stuff like ip blocks in the router or on the server.
