I am looking for a 10gb memory computer, so i want to know if i can combine a 8gb memory stick and a 2gb memory stick on a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ V X16 4D3 M32 GL R MATX Motherboard

Just out of curiosity, why 10GB? What are you doing that requires more than 8GB of RAM?

Hi, and sorry for the off topic. @i7Baby I have the same board so do you mean that is not possible to use a single stick alone, do I have to use two stick of the same specs and possibly the same brand?

You can use just one stick of 8gb but it won't work as well as 2 x 4gb
