I recently moved from Korea back to the states, and I shipped my computer over. I built it in Korea so it has all korean parts, but it worked perfectly while I was over there. After getting it and plugging it into a universal power strip, it refused to turn on, no fans, nothing. I have a hunch that it might be something to do with my PSU as when it was working as soon as the PSU was switched on, my keyboard and mouse lit up, without the actual computer being turned on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean by the little switch. The only switch on my PSU to my knowledge is the power switch on the outside, with no other ones visible.

There should be another switch that changes the voltage between 120V and 220V.

Looks similar to this:

There's nothing like that on there. If it helps, this is the most similar model I could find to my PSU - http://
