Swap out the graphics card for an XFX 270x, it has a life time warranty where as the HIS has a 2 year warranty. It's the same price as well.

The case fan would not fit, you'd need a 120mm fan or 140mm fan depending on where you want to place it:

Front -2 x 140/120mm (2 x 120mm Red LED included)
Top -2 x 120mm
Rear -120mm (included)
Bottom -120mm

All the 270x's are AMD radeons. Companies such as Gigabyte, Asus, XFX, Sapphire, HIS, Powercolor, etc. manufacture coolers for their cards.

XFX is a well known company in the gaming world.

No, they come with the cables needed to power them.
