I have an i5-3570k at 4.1ghz and an EVGA gtx 770 OC 4gb card but I cant run Metro Last light even on the lowest settings. It drops down to 15- frames when in combat. It seems to run fine for the first ten or so minutes of gameplay but then plummets. Any ideas on how to fix this? My drivers are all up to date.
Thanks

I assume you're playing the non-redux version? If you have advanced Physx enabled and get into a big fight, the game starts to lag tremendously. Even with a 770 and a 750ti as a physx card, the game would still drop stupid amounts of frames if their was to much physx effects happening, even people with dual Titans seem to have that problem with that game.

I'm assuming 4A didn't optimize the Physx enough in that...

I'm assuming 4A didn't optimize the Physx enough in that game, but I'm playing 2033 Redux and the issue seems to be gone, I believe they completely rebuilt Physx support in the Redux versions with the latest version.

Unfortunately, your only options are to either disable advanced Physx or get the Redux version. I haven't tested Last Light Redux yet, but I don't have that problem in 2033 Redux, even in big fights.
