Toshiba Bios update.... (not responding) pc froze now no power light, battery light etc... 101% dead. Ive got business files not backed up kn this laptop. Any suggestions... ive done the battery out hold on button down tricks no sucess... im saying Bios is altered/deleted. Any professional answers.please

If you want to back up your files, pull out the hard drive and connect it to an external enclosure. This should allow you access to the files so you can move them to another computer.

As for fixing the computer itself I'll let someone else answer that.
