I'm going to be building a system for pro day trading. Should I be looking at the 4 or 6 core CPU? Will the extra core help with day trading? I have my eye on the 5930K with 32GB of Ram HaswellE.

Since I also do music production (amateur) and some video editing and photoshop, I have the option of doing this:

1) build cheap 4 core day trading machine and a 6 core machine for everything else.

2) Build one 6 core machine to the nines and do everything on it. The only problem is that I want very quiet graphics cards for when I'm trading and doing music.

I don't game much, but If I wanted to get back into that, ,I would need yet another machine because I want these computers to be quiet and have quiet graphics cards and not high overclocks for heat/noise, right?

Thanks

There's not many graphics cards that are configured to run 6 monitors.
