Hi i was wondering if i could get away with only having one sp120 high perfomance with noise reducer adapter on my h80i and still get decent tempatures. or should i stick to having 2 of them?

You would be fine. Take a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyC3lZ5WFMk
The SP120 fans already provide enough static pressure, the other would not change it. I would just have a fan pulling air through the rad so that it is easy to clean.

It would work even better with a fan in pull as well (you can use a normal case airflow fan for pull if you use the SP120 for push).
