Your graphics card is part of your cpu. If your cpu isn't soldered in you can get one with better graphics. Or if your motherboard has the socket, you can get a discrete graphics card to add on. You'd have to check with the laptop maker.

Is this a custom build? (Meaning someone handpicked all the parts and installed them manually). If so then yes, you probably can. Although I do notice you are using an APU (Integrated Graphics Unit in the CPU (Central Processing Unit)) so you may want to check with AMD (Your CPU manufacturer) on whether that will be a problem. I don't think it will because I used Intel's Integrated GPU(Graphics Processing Unit) for a while before upgrading but best to check.

Yes. You will need two components. These are called the power supply. This component converts the power from the wall to power for the computer. The power from the wall is like water straight from a stream, and the power supply filters it. The graphics card is what is able to run the games and videos. What is the budget/ price you want to pay. I would suggest at least 50$ for a power supply. You currently have a decent machine, but a new graphics card, power supply, and an ssd will really help.

Here is a good budget power supply:

It is a desktop, so it can be upgraded. I am not sure why you already chose the solution. The question was not answered.
