hi.. i have a samsung external drive of 750GB it has corrupted for sometime now, when i connect it into my laptop i can see drive letters but i try to open it it demand me to format the disk and i did format but the problem still there, i have tried to use 'chkdsk /c /r /f G;' but yet its not working can you please help what to do get my external hdd working..
