Which board is better

My sister once upon a time used to know what she was doing the computers, (or at least i thought) she has this "spare" motherboard but isnt sure what to do with it. But im thinking its better then her current one shes using. but am not 100% sure that 2 motherboards are as follows (and yes i know they both suck i just want to know which one sucks less)
