I dont agree totally with legend, you can get i7, but not the extreme with 6 cores, thats a waste if you are not going to 4 way sli or crossfire, you will be better with i7 4790K, but if you are going to only game and not doing render, vid editing and streaming go i5-4690k as legend said.
About the cooler legend is right, i myself going to get the h100i but its just cause the noctua nh-d14 would use a lot of space in my case and i hate the looks of it. Get noctua nh-d14/d15, they are more silent and have only a little less performance than h100i. But dont get that ram, you will need low profile ram so you can install air cpu cooler without problems.
Also that board is overkill for what you want, if you are going to do single gpu or even 2 way sli you dont need that super expensive board.
Hope i helped.

■ I did this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3ZVhvK

You have 780ti sli and its cheaper than the other website.

Edit : OP what monitor are you using by the way? If you can afford, you could get the ASUS Rog PG278Q. Its very expensive but 27" with 8-bit panel at 1440p 144hz with g-sync and 1ms response time, i think its the best monitor to go with those GPUs.
