I have a amd HD6950 4GB GPU .
The problem is that when I start the pc in safemod the graphic runs but at low resolution if I start windows normally I get a black screen right after the windows loading screen. I have installed the drivers no success.
I have gone to the device manager and uninstal te card restarted the pc then windows detect it as a standard vga display.what can I do
