Hey everyone, I'd like to kmow what you guys think about this build. Like if it could ran bf4 on ultra at 1366x768 and if not then what should i modify with this build?

Any ideas or thoughts? Also would ut be a good idea to buy some parts off of ebay?

Get a better MoBo, upgrade the PSU and save up by eliminating extra case fans:
