Hard time connecting to Skype

Hello Everybody, I am having this problem where I can't use Skype Nor can i play a game on League of Legends by a normal connection ( I have to use a VPN) , This started 3 days ago, I tried on many PC's In the house, I reset the Router to it's factory settings, and called my ISP and asked about this, They said if your Internet is working fine with all the other websites then the problem is not from us.

( Keep in mind that all my friends use skype and LoL with no problems, and this issue happened suddenly without any prior change to the router or anything)

I am connected directly (Ethernet) to my router which is AC1900 Lynksis.

I have tried this and checked with their port checker but still the problem isn't solved.

Thanks for trying to help, I changed the router thinking maybe the issue is within the router itself but still nothing happened, so I'm sure now it's from the ISP.
