Best AMD GPU for under $220?

Hello. I am building my first PC and I'm looking for the best AMD GPU under $220. Right now I'm looking at the Sapphire R9 270X Vapor 2GB for $210. I really love the look and specs but wanted to ask you guys if there was anything much better. I might also wanna crossfire in the future. Other parts are: fx-8350, 128 ssd, 16 ram, 1tb hhd, 750w psu, ga-970a-ud3p mobo. Thank you very much.

Yes I must say you nailed it right on the head. The Sapphire is one of the best and biggest brands currently for AMD graphics card in my opinion. So the Sapphire is a good choice for gaming.

But here's a better card. The R9 280.

Go with the Gigabyte R9 280 WF OC http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J41A5GK. The R9 280 can run nearly any current game at maximum settings at 1080p.

Yes both are the same like you said if you don't want the rebate then go for eBay. But what I was saying I don't like buying computer parts from eBay as I sometimes can't trust them but Amazon is trustable.

If you buy through a company such as Amazon, Tiger-Direct, Newegg, and something goes wrong or the card is DOA, you have resources like RMA, replacement, refund, upgrade etc. If you buy from eBay, unless it's a company sale like the above mentioned, chances are if something goes wrong you will not have RMA option, just SOL fact.

Btw, that person selling that card probably got it for a better price, with a rebate, and is selling at what he paid for it, so he pockets the rebate, gets his money back and you get an unwarranted card as a second owner. This is verifiable by the fact that when you get the box, the bar code is strategically cut out.

But it is brand new. Meaning it was never opened. He has 100% feedback. And ebay has this buyer protection thing. And it's $5 cheaper.

$220 from eBay, no warranty (receipt is in eBay dudes name, return policy ends when you receive goods on working condition, eBay dude is not a factory authorized retailer so factory warranty is void) or $225 from newegg, with newegg return policy and full factory warranty (the receipt is yours, you are the original owner, Newegg is an authorized retailer). You really going to argue that over $5? I'm done. GL
