go with h100i or if you can fit it or h110 with 3 aftermarket fans if you want silence and if it can fit your case :)

Personally I don't like liquid coolers yet so if I were you I would buy Noctua nh-d15 because it's more silent than liquid coolers and will give you same or even better temperatures)
