CPU Cooling Help!

I'm going to be buying the Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 CPU Cooler and I wanted your guy's opinions on it. I'm stuck between that cooler, the Noctua NH-D14 and the Cool Master Hyper 212 evo. I'm going to get a AMD FX8350, R( 280X GPU and a Asus Sabertooth 990FX. DO you think this will be ok? I will be gaming on it and I want it to be quiet, a good performer and nice looking. For this reason I'm getting the Dark Rock Pro 3 cooler. IS this a good idea? Help?

Hmm ok do you think the Dark Rock Pro 3 will be basically the same cause I don't really want a poo coloured fan in my PC XD What's your fan like?

Ok thanks so much. It's cheaper, looks nicer and i guess basically the same. Do you know if I will need low profile RAM? I'm going to be getting 2x4GB RAM so any ideas?

Im using G.Skill Ares, they fit in with room to spare for airflow, with my NH-D14
