I recently added my second evga gtx 770sc with "acx" cooling and I have noticed a temperature increase. My specs and a picture of my setup (my cable management has been improved since time of pictures): http://pcpartpicker.com/b/Vgbj4D

keep in mind I can buy as many case fans as necessary and my room is also quite dusty. Thanks

Install top/side fans 2 x 120mm/140mm.

After reading a few reviews, the hdd cage seems to the biggest culprit at stopping air getting from the front fans.

well as of now there is only the stock fan in the front and it has no obstruction, if I added a second case fan under than yes, the cages would get in the way. And could you be more specific as to which exact mount because on my side panel, the top mount is obstructed by the cpu cooler.

Add as many case fans as necessary.
Two hot video cards dumping their heat into the case will heat everything up.
Front . side and bottom as intakes, Top and rear as exhaust.
You have to get the heat out of the case as quickly as possible.
With filters on the intakes make them your highest CFM fans as the filters cut down airflow quite a bit.

2 fans in the front and one on the side for fresh air for the video cards.
Then at least the rear and one top exhaust.
