No. No laptops have a standard PCI-E slot. At best, you have a Micro/Mini-PCI-E (mPCI-E) slot, but that's rather rare and the cost to utilize such a slot it often prohibitive. More common, but not much help is the PCExpress Slot which can be used for add-on cards, but not graphic cards (in a reasonable sense).
