I decided to get a pc on partpicker and this came up. Will I have to change my cpu or motherboard? I've no clue what to do.

should be good with that its all am3+ and you can look at the cpu list for that board at asus and see it on there to ease your mind

FX-8320(FD8320FRW8KHK,3.5GHz,8C,125W,rev.C0,AM3+) bios 1006
so it states the bios of the board would need to be 1006 for that chip to work now the thing is will it ship to you with that bios or higher .. so that's your issue and that's a roll of the dice on that cause theres no guarantee of what bios will come on the board so if its a lower bios on your new board it will not support that chip until you flash it at least to the 1006 bios and that may require a chip that's supported under the bios that came on the board as bought

no prob.. nothing sucks as getting a new board just to find the bios on it is not supporting the chip you got for it
I got one board that been out for over a year and it still came with a first release bios on it don't know if it was some old stock I got of what but would of thought it would be flashed newer as the time went by on it from the factory
so go figure
