Solution
Upgrade the memory to 2X4GB 1600Mhz or higher with CL9 or lower, 4GB won't cut it in all games.

Upgrade the PSU to 500W or higher from Antec/ EVGA/ SeaSonic/ XFX, they're better quality, and moreover, VS is not good quality.

Upgrade the GPU to EVGA/ MSI/ Asus/ GigaByte, Zotac ones are not good at OCing, very noisy and run hotter too.

You'll be good to go for Ultra on HD (720p or 1366X768) for atleast 2 years :)

There is nothing wrong, but i feel you should get a z97/z87 chipset motherboard and atleast 8gb of RAM.
Corsair VS650 is not that great power supply, i suggest you to get a Seasonic s12g-650 power supply (It is 80+ gold certified and at a good price).
