To what speed should I overlock my cpu?

Core v71
Asus Sabertooth 990fx r2.0
Fx 8350
R9 290x Lightning
Nzxt Kraken x61.
Corsair RM1000w
How do you think guys with cooling like x61 how far can I overclock Fx 8350?

I would say 1.5 GHz if you're lucky.

Mmmm, as the most stable OC that's below 63* C.

It's a good cooler. Overclocking is different for every PC. Each chip is different. No one can really say what frequency you will get. Overclocking is a trial and error procedure.

No real way of predicting, or even really guessing, every 8350 is different in it's own way, as are mobos, and PSUs and coolers...the CPU itself and the differences in them is shown well here:
