hi guys i heave a lga 775 socket it has a pendium D 3.4 ghz 945 motherboard is OKF623 can i upgrade my procesor to dual core 3.0 or quad core 3.0 can i do that thing and i heave a xfx geforce 9800 gt if i upgrade does the games run better i heave cs go installed it runs in 30 fps please help

Your system is VERY old, and yes, if you upgrade you will get better frame rates, however, as mentioned you will need to upgrade several pieces of hardware.

If you are talking the year 2000 version of the game, it is not very demanding on a new medium-low [speed] computer system.

At this point the most important question is budget, how much do you feel you can COMFORTABLY spend on an upgrade? That is a very important question and will dictate what the best answer for you is.
