I would recommend an AMD FX 8350 for your processor.

I would also say you should get 2 sticks of RAM instead of 1, it takes all the work off 1 and splits it into 2. I'd go with the G.Skill Sniper series DDR3 1866 2x4, this is some good RAM and is good for overclocking if you'd ever need it.

Also you should probably utilize that sexy side panel your case has by getting some LED lights and replacing them with some of your stock fans
