So, I do not know if it would be a good match using a fx 6300 with a r9 asus 290x matrix, what do you think, can you help me?

Simply put: Yes.

No matter how much you OC the FX 6, it'll get overtasked by some games and won't really allow the Matrix to function to its potential.

Get FX 8 or preferably i5 if you're going with that beast of a GPU.
