Hey everyone, I'm looking to build a pc for around 650 dollars, max 700. I'm not currently a huge gamer, but I'm looking to get more into it with a new computer. I'll also be using the PC to do work for college (mostly just internet and word, also some: photoshop, google sketch up). I'm new to building so I don't plan on over clocking the processor, and I need the OS and monitor to be included in the budget. I understand its sort of a lot to ask for, but any help would be appreciated

This was the cheapest I could get while keeping most performance. Squeezing in the Monitor/OS pushed it to $680. Sorry if its a little over budget but I tried.

SSD was a smart choice, but he will be gaming so he will require at least a entry-level GPU. Otherwise he will have to hope the integrated GPU is good enough(In almost every single case its not).

Yeah that would have been good, although a better CPU would made it even better.

Thanks! This is what I was looking for, but is it necessary to get a CPU cooler also? I don't think this CPU can be overclocked.

It can overclock well up to 4.3GHz and actually a bit more too. If you are not planning on overclocking or doing very CPU intensive things, no, there is need.
And no problem ;)
