Should the PSU be installed with the fan at the top or at the bottom?

More about : psu fan facing

For a bottom mounted PSU, have the fan sucking air in from the bottom. Have the PSU cool itself, and let the rest of the case fans cool the rest of the PC.

It depends on the case, where the psu sits. If at the bottom and there is a vent for it, let it face down. If at the top and there's no vent let it also face down.

But if I put it downwards , the fan will be covered by the bottom panel.
There's no air duct below it.

Well, if there is no air intake hole below the PSU, then your options are limited. As in one option. Sucking air from inside the case.

There's a dust filter underneath it and a bottom fan to the right of it.. ??

Ahhhh....so there IS an air vent (and filter!) below the PSU.
Then have the PSU fan facing down, sucking air from outside the case.

there should be screw holes at the bottom. . . Wait! the psu can be mounted at the top OR bottom? Now I'm really interested in this case.

Yeah, put the psu facing downwards! Put the psu in push it to the back and you should see the holes for the screws. Problem solved!

Oh btw! Those lan drivers didn't seem to work :(  I tried them on this drive and it said that it couldn't do it because I must be in deep sleep mode or something :\

Where do I plug it in tho? I can't see holes

Looking at zalman.com, I see a picture of that case, with the PSU mounted at the bottom.
If you do not see any holes...please take a pic and post it here.

Go to the motherboard manufacturer website, download the relevant LAN drivers for your OS. Install.

Oh perhaps the drivers didn't work because I'm trying to install them on my current PC instead of the new mobo :\

Wow, I feel stupid now!
