Which one would be a better option for me?
I have heard the AMD CPU generates load of heat and therefore require better CPU cooler.
What is your opinion on my build here? If it is not perfect, then how do I fix it?
The budget for me would be around £400.
Thanks. :)

You are reasonably on the right track. You might be better off using PCpartpicker as it'll give you price comparisons, a better selection of components, and point out some of the more obvious compatibility issues.

The obvious one that leaps out is that by using a Silverstone SG06 you are limited to SFX PSUs and neither of your builds use these (I can't even google the first PSU).

The first PSU was actually one of the product in Hong Kong PC market, so I wouldn't surprise you couldn't find it here.
Regarding to the AMD build, I wasn't aware that SFX PSU or a MATX PSU is needed for that yesterday, that's why I picked a wrong PSU for it. Do you have any suggestion on PSU I can get in the UK market? Thank you very much. =D

I guess you are quite right for that.
However, I want a PC with a small case like SG06 and with Wifi build-in.
I guess i3-4140 and i3-4150 has not much difference other than the Clock Speed?
Thank you for replying anyway. =D

The motherboard is very cheap - suspiciously so, even though it's Amazon (who are usually pretty reliable) so it might not work out as cheap as this. For that reason I left some margin for error.
There's a few ways to go.
One of the more interesting variations would be to go with a G3258 (overclockable Pentium) and try and push some extra funds into graphics - this is likely to get you the best gaming performance at your budget.
The only problem with this is that you might need to spend more on the case (for better CPU cooler support), the cooler (to overclock) and potentially the PSU too (to provide extra capacity for overclocking and a potentially more power hungry graphics card). For these reasons, I stuck with the "simple" option, but there is some serious potential in this alternative.

There's also options like going for a bigger PSU to facilitate a graphics card upgrade (like the 550W XFX) somewhere down the line, and then spending more on the CPU at the start.

The AMD builds are viable but there's a much smaller pool of motherboards and there aren't cheap options. You also need to overclock to get good value for money and again this requires extra spending in other areas.
Also the cooler you selected originally is not recommended for a CPU of this nature.

Yours are quite similar to mine, I think I probably stick with Silverstone SG06BB because it is smaller and better design. I am not sure if 300W can run 750Ti? Have a look on my updated AMD build again when you have time. =D
