Which GPU should i get?

I have a desktop with windows 7 and a amd processor with 8gb of ram. I am currently using a nvidia gtx 550ti. my gpu is starting to fail and looking for a replacement. What should i get that is not too costly.

1. The make/model of your PSU to determine if it has the balls to power a new GPU
2. The CPU model to determine if it will bottleneck your GPU
3. You case make/model to determine if it will fit in your system
4. Your budget

It is a HP Pavilion. Model number is P6754y. I have a 500 watt power supply installed. Under 200$.

Not to tax your psu too much a 750ti for around $130 is the best .

r9 270 (if you can find a good deal on one) and a xfx 550w psu (which is 35.99 after MIR right now, 60 before).
