I have the Azio Levetron Clicker Mechanical Keyboard (KB528U) (50-60$ range) and it is pretty schweet. I've never had a mechanical before, so i might be too uninformed, but i like it. =s

The Azio Levetron has white alps switches, which are not bad by any means but if you want cherry mx switches there's really nothing under 70 bucks unless you get it used. You can find a good mechanical keyboard for under a hundred, though. The alps white switches aren't really like any of the cherry MX switches, so I would definitely do some research. There are also buckling spring keyboards which are usually under a hundred bucks and have their own feeling.
