Black Flickering Squares

Hey there, I'm not sure when this first started happening exactly, some point after doing a clean install of Windows 7. But when I play games and some other things like google maps I get insane black flickering squares all over the place: http://i.imgur.com/WWAgxGZ.jpg http://i.imgur.com/gog7G0K.jpg

My GPU drivers are up to date. I don't know exactly when this issue arose, it might have been right after my clean install of windows 7, because I could fix it with the main game I play; WoW, by switching it from DX11 to DX9, so it wasn't an issue. Now I'm trying to play other games and can't avoid it.

Any help would be much appreciated!

remove the GPU driver then reinstall it
make sure that the GPU card is seated probably

says I have 2 different driver versions? I uninstalled my GPU drivers and reinstalled them, if anything it's now worse, I get the weird squares flickering in all of my browser pages too... :V

see in the device manager under "display adapters" and check the details of your graphics cards

Then what? lol that wasn't too specific, am I looking for something in particular? There are like one hundred dropdown options in the details tab.

I think that there's a driver conflict
remove then reinstall the driver
this time choose "custom install" and check "perform clean install' to remove any old nvidea drivers

I'd also recommend using something like Driver Sweeper which cleans out your registry of older drivers as well.

>Nothing< changed. It's ridiculous. Before downloading the drivers, there's no flickering in my web pages,only after I downloaded them. :v So stupid, think it's time for a new GPU

I did this AND used Display Driver Uninstaller to remove any old drivers. Nothing changed at all.

Apparently Driver Sweeper is now called Driver Fusion .

Hubsy :

uninstall the drivers from the device manager then from "remove a program" then reinstall them again

if it didn't work then reinstall Windows
