It could just be me but this is starting to annoy me recently I've been thinking my pc Is really messed up but it can't be when ever I play single player I get no lag at all but as soon as I go online it just poops itselfs with little fps skipping and stuff no fps drops or anything.
The fps is where its supposed to be yet I get fps skipping its turning into a nightmare for me.

it never done this on windows 8 now I'm on windows 7 it has started
