my computer screen keep losing connection but mouse keyboard and computer still shows it is running

so every since i upgraded my cpu and grpahics card my computer keeps losing connection to monitors the computer almost turns off but shows power is still there but cant do anything so i need to turn it off then on for it to work. i have nno clue what is the problem it just randomly happens i thought maybe the cpu was not enough power supply but im un sure.

in that human include pcu,motherboard,hhd,memory,and psu models.there it should be name on the motherboard.thank you.

well i have no clue on psu doesnt say on hte psu i think it was 600maybe, motherboard:hewlett packard h8-1534 dont know how to find my hdd, i dont know what you want with memory and i have no clue what pcu is
