That's a great GPU with great cooling but you might want to wait for the 800/900 series.
If you can't wait, then get it. BUT, the 780 Ti is only good for gaming at 1440p or higher. For 1080p it is complete overkill.

i game at 1080p so which card would be better a gtx 780 or should i buy the gtx 780 ti and then buy a monitor that would be good what do you suggest sorry ?

For 1080p, I recommend the GTX 770. It's basically designed for gaming at 1080p.
As I said, you may want to wait a few weeks and get the newer cards, like the GTX 870/970 that will give you more performance.

a 780 ti would only be worth if you have more than one monitor or a 1440p single monitor, a 780 will be fine for one sinlg 1080p, but you should wait ofr 900 series, they'll be cheap and powerful, and don;t get that one, it's for ln2, get evga dual classified instead

yeah i'd sa so, even for a 1080p monitor t'll last you 2 years more maybe on ultra, and is good at even 1440p if you ever wanted to upgrade

yeah it will max out gta V most definitely on 1080p, it shold play ultra on most games until end of 2015 or mid 2016
