booting problem with window 7

now i have inserted window 7 dvd in cd rom after all other porocess mentioned earlier, now it showing loading window files.. will this work? it more thatn 15 minutes now stll on the saem window cd rom light is blinking

yes is clean but for file loading it took more than 3 hours and windows 7 installation window appeared and before I started filling the details of language and others on the initial installaion window, it automaticallu turned off. what shoud I do? I again started the same procedure and now since 2 hours the Windows files are loading/ why this slow? please help
