my laptop usage is 100% after 1 minute of gaming

Processor is AMD A4 3305M.my laptop usage is getting at 100% after 1 minute of gaming.In normal use laptop stay normal and stay at 50+ C temp.
But when i run a game then Cpu speed up to 100% usage in 1 min. and temp goes up to 90+C.I want my laptop back to normal.

Whatcha expect from a Radeon HD 6470G? Yes, it should heat up and perform laggy in games. The GPU is even worse than a Intel HD 3000.

It have a 7450M Dedicated GPU.
And it was good in the past.It is 2 Years old laptop.Suddenly suffering from high cpu usage.It was running the games in the past quite nicely.

Doing full system scan using avast antivirus and found 2 viruses and the scan done only 1%.
