no, not possible. unless you are willing to take use power tools to cut out the I/O shield in the back.

see, the USB ports, RJ 45 port, audio ports, etc are laid out differently in the back. the vary not only from one manufacturer to the next, they even wary between models in the same family, and in some cases choosing different options when you buy the PC will also make the rear I/O lay out different. a foreign motherboard will simply not fit the built in I/O shield.

most people here have custom built PCs using hand picked motherboards. each of these stand alone motherboards has their own I/O shield that belongs to that specific model board and will simply not fit any other board. as people change their motherboards they have to switch out the I/O shields too.
