Evga gtx 760: $240
Intel i5 4690k: $240
ASUS Z97-P ATX Motherboard: $125
PNY XLR8 8gb: $100
Corsair CS 650m: $100
Western Digital blue 1tb: $55
Windows 7: $100
Thermaltake v4 black edition: $50

That will run most games at high to max settings a later on you could put in another gtx 760 for better performance

Your build looks good to me, if can spare another 80 throw another 8GB of ram in there and even more good to go. and if its a gaming build which it is. Mise well overclock the cpu, buy a 35 aftermarket cpu cooler to do that. And your set. Good choice in case too ;)

Solution

I would go with this build, but change the PSU to something a bit better quality. An xfx650 is only like $10-20 more depending.

I would also get Windows 8.1.
