If you are planing on overclocking the hardware you are mentioning i suggest you get a higher wattage psu just to be safe. You know increasing voltage and clockspeed increases the power consuption and this can cause instability. I myself would reduce costs on the HDD which i consider 1tb to be too much and make sure you get a bit better graphics card or at least 8 gigs of ram if possible.
Thats my thought at least.

It'll work. I don't like Corsair CX power supplies though. If you got the busget, get a better quality one - from tier 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...
eg Seasonic M12II 520 $67 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

If you want to overclcok get a custom cooler eg CM Hyper 212 evo $25 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=E...

That's a good combo deal. Like they thru the mobo in for nix.

You could do a very mild overclock using the stock cooler. A custom cooler will let you go mad.

Nope, you will in best of scenarios get 100 mhz overclock on stock cooler and in that case you are not even getting a performance increase and deterioring the hardware because of heat output ..
My recomendation is if you need to overclock go for at least the worst aftermarket cooler . but never use the stock cooler.

k cool deal, im gonna get the one from the link, and i think i got everything worked except one problem with my motherboard that i heard is that having a usb3 on the front of the tower is useless cause there is no hook up, what would i have to get to fix that?

Hey! no problem at all, dont worry the cases that have a usb 3.0 port also have a usb 2.0 connector attached to it so if you dont have a front panel usb connector on the motherboard you can still conenct the 2.0 one and you will use the 3.0 as 2.0 , dont worry about that :)
