Not really leaves you room for upgrades , I always go above what I need , makes upgrades easy.

Makes sense to have a great power supply.

For a system with a gtx560ti it is recommend to have a system with 500W, one PCI-e connector and 31A on the +12v rail.

I'd recommend
XFX TS 550W $44.99

Unless you think you'll upgrade the GPU, in which case I'd recommend a 750W

Yep unless you are thinking SLI, 750 is way overkill. A 500 as mentioned above is plenty and has room for OC and minor add ons
